Our Story & Calling

Based in Kansas City, we have been joyfully married for 48 years and are blessed with five children and six grandchildren. For more than 44 years, we have faithfully served in full-time ministry, dedicating our lives to equipping the next generation, strengthening families, and empowering pastors and leaders to know, love, and serve God with wholehearted devotion and an unwavering hunger for His Word.

Our passion is to see generations transformed through a lifestyle of prayer and worship, a deep foundation in Scripture, and a vibrant relationship with the Holy Spirit. We continue to provide leadership consulting and ministry training nationally and internationally, answering God's call to impact families, leaders, churches, and communities with biblical truth and practical wisdom.

Lenny also serves as a chaplain ministering to military personnel, first responders, and their families, bringing encouragement, hope, and spiritual care to those serving on the front lines. This has been his heart and calling for the last 38 years.
